At Pro Landscape Supply, we offer FREE soil pH testing to help you grow a thicker, greener lawn the right way. When soil pH is out of balance, grass can’t properly absorb nutrients — even if they’re present in the soil. In fact, most turfgrass performs best in a pH range of 6.0–7.0. Outside of that range, essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium become less available — meaning you could be wasting time and money on fertilizer that simply can’t do its job.
Simply bring in a small soil sample — a coffee cup or similar container full is perfect — and we’ll test it right in the shop. If adjustments are needed, we carry premium Jonathan Green soil amendments like Love Your Soil® and Mag-I-Cal® to help restore proper pH balance and unlock the nutrients already in your lawn.
