Retail Center Associate
We are actively hiring for a full-time, salary position for our landscape retail center. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and is friendly and outgoing. Special consideration will be given to character: positive, self-motivated, hardworking, honest with a willingness to learn.
Position responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select landscape materials and products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Accurately records orders and schedules deliveries.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise/inventory.
- Assists with facility maintenance, cleaning, etc.
- Willing to assist landscape crew for larger projects and enjoys working in the outdoors.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Position schedule:
- 40 hours per week (March-December)
- 30 hours per week (January & February)
- Must work 2 weekends per month (May-August)
Position compensation:
- Pay is based upon experience.
- $33,000 – $38,000 per year (salary).
Position experience and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Must be able to operate a skid loader
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position
- Must have an interest in the landscaping industry

Landscape Crew Laborer
We are actively hiring team members for our landscape division. The ideal candidate enjoys working in all types of outdoor environments. Special consideration will be given to character: positive, self-motivated, hardworking, honest with a willingness to learn.
Position responsibilities:
- Assists in the installation of all types of softscapes: plant and grass installation, hydroseeding, laying sod, mulching garden beds, installing decorative stone
- Assists in the construction of all types of hardscapes: patios, retaining walls, firepits, outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens.
- Operates various tools and equipment including: stand-on skid loader, bed edger, shovels, wheel barrows, rakes, etc.
- Assists in laying pavers and stones.
- Moves materials around the job site.
- Reliably reports to work on time on all scheduled work days.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Position schedule:
- 40 hours per week (March-December)
- High paid snow removal hours (November-March)
Position compensation:
- Pay is based upon experience.
- Pay range is $16-$21 per hour.
Position experience and qualifications:
- 1+ years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer loaded with equipment
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
- Must be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position including: bending, kneeling, standing, climbing, stooping, crawling, and twisting.
- Must have an interest in the landscaping industry

- Executes the construction of all types of hardscapes: patios, retaining walls, firepits, outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens.
- Can follow the direction of the landscape designer and his site plans.
- Operates various tools and equipment including: skid loader, stand-on skid loader, mini-excavator, compactor, bed edger, shovels, wheel barrows, rakes, etc.
- Installs of all types of softscapes: plant and grass installation, hydroseeding, laying sod, mulching garden beds, installing decorative stone
- Clear ability to communicate job progress with supervisors.
- Reliably reports to work on time on all scheduled work days.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Position schedule:
- 40 hours per week (March-December)
- High paid snow removal hours (November-March)
Position compensation:
- Pay is based upon experience.
- Pay range: $21-$26 per hour
Position experience and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL license is preferred, but not required
- Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer loaded with equipment
- Must be able to pull grades and read a transit level with basic math skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds
- Must be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position including: bending, kneeling, standing, climbing, stooping, crawling, and twisting.
- Must have a keen interest for the landscaping industry
